This issue brings together a collection of contemporary studies in Qur’anic interpretation and Islamic Discourse, encompassing balaghah theory, spiritual therapy, Sufi praxis, maqāṣid al-sharīʿah, and the application of taskhīr al-baḥr in the context of the blue economy. The contributing authors explore how classical frameworks, such as balaghah, maqāmāt, and maqāṣid theory are recontextualized in modern settings, while also providing applied reflections on Sufi orders, community welfare, and the reinterpretation of Islamic legal verses. Through hermeneutical analysis, positive psychology, and the study of Islamic intellectual heritage, this issue highlights the epistemological transformation within Islamic thought and its relevance to contemporary global challenges.
